For Your Information:
*Core Extension classes are rotating through mini-classes. 8th graders are with Mr. Kannan and Ms. Santos and 7th graders are with Ms. Gora and Ms. Rogers. 7th graders Endangered animal presentations begin Thursday. Classes switch April 25.
*If you haven’t paid for your cap and gown yet, please get that in as soon as possible.
*Mid-term progress reports available online April 20
*Mrs. Rogers will be attending a national math convention in Indianapolis on Thursday and Friday, April 14-15. Your BEST behavior is expected with the sub while I am away.
*Money and permission slips for end of year trip to Key Lime Cove are due to Mrs. Rogers no later than April 20. Reservations with Key Lime Cove need to be made early so that is why we are asking for money so early. Cost is $32 which covers the Water Park, lunch, locker rental, and transportation.
*No School Thursday, April 21 or Friday, April 22.
*CROP Walk is Sunday, May 1. You may go online (access via Mr. Kannan's blog) to register and get family and friends to donate money for this worthy cause. Please sign-up today.
*Envelopes for Great America will be passed out on Monday, April 18. Money and envelope are due May 19th.
*8th grade dance, for Julian 8th graders only, is Saturday, May 28 in the Julian Commons. Dance tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Dance begins at 7:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM. You must arrive before
7:30 in order to be admitted. Attire should be age appropriate dresses for girls and nice pants, shirt, and tie for boys. Watch for further details.
Parents, please take a few minutes to review this with your child so you will know what is expected for this week. Also, be aware that sometimes things arise and we do not always accomplish what we have planned.
